The CSK One Way Bearing Series is a sprag type
freewheel integrated into the 6200 radial bearing series. The internal part of
the bearing is protected by a seal but additional seals are recommended
especially when the working temperature exceeds 50ÂșC. All CSK One Way Bearings
are equipped with chrome formed sprags that increases the over-run life several
times. Torque transmission is ensured by a press fit assembly into a rigid
outer housing and onto a shaft with an N6 tolerance. Initial bearing radial clearance
is set at C5 and is reduced if using the press fit as specified.
The CSK One Way Bearing Series has a small radial section height and is
also commonly known as a One Way Bearing or Anti-Reverse Bearing. One Way
Bearings are designed to transmit torque between the shaft and housing in one
direction and allow free motion in the opposite direction. In addition to the
basic CSK model, type CSK..P features a keyway on the inner race and CSK..PP
features a keyway on both the inner and outer race. For this reason it can be
keyed to a shaft.

CSK Series One Way - Sprag Ball Bearing The CSK model
freewheel is a sprag type clutch integrated into a 6200 series ball bearing
(except sizes 8 and 40). It provides you with a one way clutch and eliminates
the need for a ball bearing. It gives a high degree of freewheeling accuracy
while utilizing a minimum of space.
The CSK model freewheels can be used in backstop overrunning or indexing applications. The CSK model freewheels are available with bores to 40mm (1.57) and torque ratings to 384 lb. ft. They are supplied filled with grease and are maintenance free.

CSK—P and CSK—PP series are available
upon
request. CSK--P has the same
construction and outside
dimensions as type CSK, but has a
keyway on the inner race;
CSK--PP features a keyway in both the
inner and outer race.
The Model CSK—P clutches must be
secured to the
shaft by customer supplied snap ring,
set collar, spacer, etc.
The outer race is secured with a press
fit to a N6 tolerance. The Model CSK—PP clutches have a
keyway on both races and must be secured by customer
supplied
Drawn cup needle roller clutches are
suitable for transmitting high torque.
They are normally used for
converters, non-return devices and
transcendental clutches. HF series is
composed of thin-walled drawn outer
ring and plastic cage. There are a
series of ramps on its inside diameter and steel springs in the
plastic cage. Needle rollers, which
are retained and guided by a plastic cage, form the clamping
elements. HFL series has two integral
radial bearings arranged on both sides of needle roller
clutch. RC,RCB are inch series.
